How fast will I get my tent?
Most orders arrive 5–8 business days after you approve your proof. Need it for a date? Text us before you order and we’ll tell you if we can make it.
Do I need a logo file to order?
No. Pay to lock in your spot, then send your logo however you have it. We design a free proof within 24 hours and nothing prints until you approve it.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every price on the site includes shipping to anywhere in the continental US.
What is the tent made of?
A commercial aluminum hex frame with a 600 denier polyester top. Your design is dye sublimated into the fabric so it won’t crack or peel. Fabric is water resistant and flame retardant (NFPA 701 / CPAI-84).
Can I order just one?
Yes. There’s no minimum — one tent, one flag or one table cover.
What comes with the tent?
The printed top, the frame and a wheeled carry bag. Packages add printed walls, table covers, flags and banners for a complete booth.
Can I add walls or flags later?
Yes. Walls, flags and table covers are sold on their own and fit our frames.
